Petrosys’ latest edition to data management solution offerings, dbMap/Web, has been awarded PPDM Version 3.8 Gold Compliance.
PPDM compliance measures and certifies the level of conformance between the dbMap/Web database and PPDM standards – once achieved this provides industry users a high level of confidence in the implementation of PPDM standards within the software. The designation is only applied to software that contains PPDM model definitions and references. Petrosys submitted a proposal in early February for verification of conformance to PPDM Version 3.8 based on a total of 73 tables mapping to 12 PPDM modules related to well, seismic and GIS data.
