An early access version of the latest instalment of Petrosys has been released! Version 17.8 focuses on improved mapping and editing of data, with further enhancements in subsequent incremental versions which will be available for general distribution.

Petrosys Mapping Now Available In Petrel* Platform
Petrosys’ advanced mapping technology is now available within the Petrel* E&P software platform. The “Petrel Mapping Module by Petrosys” puts Petrosys’ sub-surface mapping and editing tools directly into the Petrel platform.

Petrosys Mapping Module For Shell Proprietary Application Suite
Petrosys has been working on a joint development integration project with Shell that will enable the creation of final maps directly within Shell’s proprietary interpretation and visualization application.

The latest release of Petrosys contains a new feature allowing users to create a depth grid directly from the wells checkshot survey data.
