In the June newsletter we introduced you to our new online training courses. Petrosys is pleased to announce that the first instalment to the online program, the Introduction to Petrosys course, is nearing completion.
In anticipation of its impending release in mid-January, we want to give you a brief overview of how to purchase the course and what you can expect. If you would like further information please contact training@petrosys.com.au or watch our recent webinar presentation.

- Non-Australian customers can click on the link which will allow you to sign up and purchase the course immediately, Australian customers please contact the Adelaide office, by phone or email, to purchase.
Alternative payments and multiple login options:
If paying by credit card is not an option or you wish to purchase multiple logins, please contact us as in the usual ways: either by calling your local sales office or emailing office@petrosys.com.au). We can make alternative payment arrangements, issue you with login details and can also offer discounts for multiple purchases.
Either way you will gain access to the online course. It’s quick, simple and hassle free!

Regardless of how you receive your login details, you will now have access to your dashboard:
Your dashboard allows you to manage your training easily. Simply click on the Introduction to Petrosys course to launch it and you will see all of the modules that you have access to.
There are a total of 21 modules in the Introduction course consisting of theory, tutorials and quizzes. The online dashboard makes it very easy to track your progress and allow you to plan out your learning, making it easy to fit around your other commitments.
The theory sections are based on the slides of the well-established, face-to-face Introduction to Petrosys training course. The noticeable adaptations are the inclusion of audio and additional written information which a trainer would usually provide in the classroom.
The tutorial sections are based on the highly-regarded classroom tutorials. These are interactive lessons built into the online training program, which means you do not require a Petrosys desktop license. This makes the courses all the more convenient because it means you can continue with the course anywhere, anytime, with little more than an internet connection. You will find the workflows easy to follow with step by step audio and written guidance and additional pointers for when you get stuck!
Quizzes are a fun way to test your knowledge. If you have understood a section well, you should be able to achieve a score of 100% easily. If your score is not what you expect – don’t panic! You can repeat the quiz as many times as you like until you are confident you have understand the section.
