Registration

You can register for a course via our online registration system and once registered confirmation will follow by your preferred method of communication.


Cost and Payment

Payment can be made by cheque or Mastercard/Visa/American Express cards. Alternatively, you can request to have an invoice mailed to you.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made by fax or email to the above address, and will be subject to a cancellation charge. Cancellation charges are 25% of the registration fee where the cancellation notification is received by Petrosys at least 30 days prior to the course, and 50% where the notification is received between 15 and 29 days prior to the course. The full course fee is due for any registrations not cancelled at least 14 days prior to course commencement.


Course Numbers

Courses are normally restricted to between 8 and 12 students, with 1 student per workstation. Places are allocated on a first come, first served, basis. A course may be cancelled if the minimum numbers are not attained 4 weeks before the course is due to commence. Should Petrosys cancel a course, registrants will receive a full refund of the course fees and will be notified of the next available course.


Agenda

Unless you are notified otherwise, the courses start at 8.00am (Calgary) / 8.30am (Houston) and will finish around 4.30 pm. Calgary half day courses will start at 8.00am and finish around 12.00pm.
